      A: Yes, we are an original manufacturer of home and bathroom products with our production base in Wenzhou, China. As the original manufacturer,        we can directly control the production process to ensure product quality and price advantages.

2:Q: Do you support customization based on provided designs? What is the scope of customization?

   A: Yes, we support customization based on provided designs. The scope includes product size, color, material (under production standards), partial         functional designs, etc. After you provide the drawings, we will complete the evaluation within 3 working days and communicate details with you.

3:Q: What information is needed for customized products?

      A: Please provide clear design drawings (with size markings), customization requirements (such as material, color preference, etc.), expected                    purchase quantity and target delivery time to help us serve you more accurately.

4:Q: Can you provide samples? How is the sample fee calculated?

   A:Yes,we offer the samples free of charge

5:Q: How are samples shipped? How long does it take to receive them?

  A: Samples are shipped by air by default, and we will choose international air channels with stable timeliness. Generally, samples can be delivered            within 3-7 working days after shipment (specific timeliness varies by destination country/region).

6:Q: How are finished products usually transported? From which port do they ship?

   A: Finished products are usually transported by sea, shipping from Ningbo Port. If you have urgent needs, air freight can be chosen through                 negotiation, with relevant fees calculated separately.

7:Q: How long does sea freight take to major ports?

   A: The time varies by destination. For example, it takes about 30-40 days to major European ports and 25-35 days to major North American ports. For     detailed timeliness, please consult customer service.

8:Q: What payment methods do you support?

A: We support various payment methods such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union, PayPal (for small orders), etc., which      can be chosen according to your needs.

9:Q: Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?

A: The minimum order quantity for regular products is 50 pieces per model. For customized products, it depends on the product complexity. Please             communicate with customer service for details. 

10:Q: What is the delivery time for standard products and customized products?

A: The delivery time for standard products is about 30 days; for customized products, it varies by customization difficulty and order quantity, usually 45-      60 days. The specific time will be clarified when the order is confirmed.

A: Our products undergo strict quality inspection, comply with ISO9001 quality management system standards, and some products have passed                   international certifications such as CE. Relevant certification documents can be provided.

     A:Generally speaking, it won't. Every one of our products will be sent after being tested.
